The San Juan River carving out what is perhaps the most visually striking geology in the Southwest. I first stumbled on this location 10 years ago. It is visually impressive from the ground, and absolutely amazing from the air. h/t Marc Adamus for first imagining what this shot could look like from the air. I only wish my perspective was slightly different to capture more of the river.
